Winter in Osaka - Nara, Himeji & Kobe

Early morning we went to Osaka castle.

From the bottom..there's a queue to take the elevator up. The boys took the stairs. The girls waited for the elevator, so we started from up to down while DH and Irfan started from down to up. We met at 3rd floor. No photos allowed inside except at the observatory deck. 

From the observatory deck...just one of the sides..we went 360 degree to look at the view. Dah selesai turun and we made our way to Nara.

 along the way ada marathon going on...macam macam costume ada...spiderman, batman, angry bird etcs..

 sampai sini lagi banyak deer...ganas sikit deer kat sini..nampak makanan terus ngapp...dengan kita2 skali dia sondol

The next day...pagi-pagi we took a train to Himeji...about 2 hour plus from our place. nak pegi Himeji castle...from the train station we walk  1km to the castle..beautiful walkway

along the way we saw a lot of cats..somehow we saw more cats here compared to dogs. one guy was giving the cats some food...I saw one of the cat ate cream cheese..yums. again, the kids were excited jumpa kucing so we spent some time here.

 finally...abis round, but just look at how steep the stairs were..memang kena pegang railing masa turun. we walked back to the train station and stopped at Kobe

 Just to go the the mosque.

 After prayers we walked around and saw a signboard of halal restaurant. jalan carik reaturant tu..tapi bila dah sampai dekat tak jumpa pulak..carik dalam map pun tak de...so tak jadi makan kat restaurant...balik rumah and eat our usual stuff.

 The next day after breakfast terus pegi airport. This is one part of the apartment that we didn't get to use...kalau spring/summer best duduk sini minum kopi..tapi winter, sorryla nak duduk luar.

 Meja makan dah bersih...kalau tak penuh makanan je atas ni. overall, this apartment is really a recommended place for family or group travellers, boleh masak, supermarket just downstairs, train station is just 200m away..for 5 of us including the cleaning bill it was RM100/person/day.

 at the airport we rent a locker to put some of our luggage and went off to Rinku Premium Outlet. We wanted to take the shuttle but looking at the timetable (there's only 1 trip per hour and we just missed the shuttle by 10 minutes) we decided to take the train instead.

The price here was definitely cheaper than our Johor Premium Outlet..and the stocks were also of a more recent season. Because we did not have enough time, DH and I just bought a sport shoes each..we both wanted to buy more stuff tapi kelam kabut nak ke airport semula...tak seronok nak beli. We took the shuttle back to the airport. Everthing about this holiday was great except our 2 of our 5 luggage didn't arrive in KLIA 2.  We waited one and a half hour and when other passengers started to get angry they asked them to fill missing luggage forms. Our luggage finally arrived the next night. No insurance claim for luggage delay because it happened when we were coming back home, not going out...haih..next time have to remember to buy some other insurance instead of airasia insurance.
