bakes and cakes 7

this creation was inspired by this entry , which made me salivating for days and wondering where i can just buy one of those breathtaking tiramisu. well, since i dont think i have the patience to use a balloon, i just use my silicon cupcakes cases.

i did not put any tiramisu sponge/biscuit as the biscuit comes in large packing and since i'm just gonna use probably only less than 1/8 of  the packets, i figured i'll make do without them. After all. once you open the biscuit, it wont last very long and i dont want to end up throwing half of the contents like last time.

this is how 'easy' for you to peel the chocolate from the case

 German cookies...first time trying this, it tasted almost similar to english shortbread but lighter.

cinnamon rolls...half with sultanas, half without (for DH), all gone within 24 hours.
