macaron 2nd attempt

mango flavoured macarons with cream cheese

freshly baked macarons, not as nice looking as the ones sold but taste just as awesome!

 

i made using 2 eggs white and manage to get 30 macs...these are the only ones left lepas kluar oven. tak sempat nak letak cream/choc ganache...DH and kids tak sabar..self service je la.

  next time boleh buat lagi. credit recipe to kitchen guardian. the first time punya gambar tak payah tunjuk..it was a disaster
