bakes and cakes - banoffee pie

i made this pie last when we went back to seremban

 

the recipe was taken from a few websites, but it was basically using a digestive crumbs and melted butter for the base

 the toffee is actually a dulche de leche , just bake the condensed milk in the oven, tips taken from davidlebovitz.com

close up of yummy dulche de leche, would probably taste a lot better if our condensed 'creamer' is actually made from milk.

 cream puff with whipped cream and strawberries

 happy tengok cream puff naik..the last time i made this tak jadi...not sure what happened but the dough looks too oily compared to the previous and this one

 

 vanilla meringue with cream, strawberries and strawberry jelly

 

 yummy, but for irfan i prepared without strawberries because he doesn't like anything sourish

 pineapple cupcake

with crushed pineapple..the cake is surprisingly light and airy
